  • SEASONAL VARIATIONS

We're a small, family-run farm in Hawaii, and every lychee you receive was hand-picked at peak ripeness by us. Because the fruit on our trees doesn't ripen all at once — and because each harvest pulls from a different part of the orchard — size, color, and flavor can vary slightly from box to box and week to week.

Unlike most imported tropical fruit, we don't use any post-harvest chemicals, waxes, or preservatives. What arrives at your door is exactly what came off the tree. We work hard to keep things consistent, but a little natural variation is part of getting the real thing, grown the right way.

  • SHIPPING

We ship all lychee via FedEx Overnight*. Most West Coast orders are delivered the day after they ship from our farm; however, on occasion, your order may take 2 days to arrive. Non–West Coast orders will arrive in 2 days.

Please be available to receive and properly store the fruit as soon as it's delivered. We package and ship in compliance with federal agricultural regulations and are unable to add ice packs or other materials. We are not responsible for damage after the fruit has been delivered.

Alaska orders ship via FedEx 2nd Day Air. We are unable to ship to Florida.

  • STORAGE

Our lychee are harvested ripe and are perishable — they bruise and brown easily once picked, packaged, and shipped, and are best eaten as soon as they arrive.

Upon delivery, rinse your lychee with cold water, remove any split or damaged pieces (still edible, just don't store them), and let the rest air dry.

Place in a sealed container or plastic bag with a paper towel to absorb extra moisture, then refrigerate. Lychee skin browns when exposed to cool dry air, so keeping them covered preserves color and texture. Even as the shells darken, the fruit inside stays sweet and juicy — chilling actually enhances the sweetness.

Fresh Big Island Kaimana Lychee on Branch

Mahalo for ordering from us.

We're a small family operation, and we harvest fruit only when it's at peak — which means the cases we ship in late May look a little different from the ones we ship in late June. Size, color, and sweetness shift week to week as the season progresses. That's how real, tree-ripened fruit works.

We grade carefully before anything leaves the farm, and we never freeze our fruit or treat it with preservatives or dyes. If you've only had supermarket lychee, expect more variation — and a lot more flavor.

And, if you have questions please reachout, we are always here to help!
