Shipping policy
Hula Brothers ships all orders via FedEx Overnight Air or FedEx 2nd Day Air depending on the order and destination. We cannot currently guarantee on-time delivery due to FedEx's suspension of delivery guarantees.
Our fruit is freshly picked and shipped within 48 hours of harvest. It is not treated with any preservatives or dyes and the appearance and texture can change during transit due to many factors including weather, temperature and handling. The external appearance should not affect the flavor and texture of the fruit even if the delivery is delayed.
If your order is significantly delayed, or you have questions about your delivery or the fruit quality upon receipt please email us at fruit@hulabrothers.com and we would be happy to help. Please read our refund policy for further details on quality concerns.
Orders must be received and processed 48 hours before we ship to meet USDA/APHIS requirements. If orders are received after our cutoff, they will be shipped the following week. Thank you for your understanding.
All fruit is shipped via FedEx and requires a physical address. Fruit cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Fruit cannot be shipped to Florida.
